The caramelized peanuts, caramelized, candied peanut praline or a sweet snack made with peanuts or peanut peeling, sugar and essences (usually vanilla). The resulting syrup of the cooking process, is reduced to create the phenomenon called "sugar inversion." In other words, this is crystallized again, but remains on peanuts and candied covering its entire surface. Then it caramelize, creating sweet and crunchy texture that characterizes it. The name of this sweet derived from "sugar-coat" which means "to bathe in the syrup candy forming lumps."
